Onsevig Museum
Onsevig is located on the very edge of Lolland, and the harbour has its own exciting story to tell about a close-knit fishing community that once made a living from fishing, but now mainly from tourism.
The Onsevig Museum is located in the old yarn house in the Onsevig harbour on the northwestern part of Lolland.
The local museum illustrates the history of the small fishing village through pictures and artefacts. Onsevig was once a very active fishing harbour for commercial fishermen.
Today, tourists and recreational sailors are more likely to appreciate the peace and quiet and the distance to the horizon.
The museum is open all year round and admission is free.
