ARoS Aarhus Art Museum offers meeting and conference rooms in multiple sizes and can facilitate private meetings, dinner events, and the large conferences. Your meeting will be surrounded by pioneering exhibitions, masterpieces by Danish and international artists and set in a unique location in the heart of Aarhus.
ARoS' meeting packages start from 9am with free access to the museum's exhibitions and galleries, which are open from 10am to 9pm on weekdays.
In addition to your meeting, ARoS offers a break in 'Your rainbow panorama' at the top of ARoS on your own, or a facilitated art break with team activities or a guided tour in one of the galleries.
ARoS
ARoS is an international art museum located in Aarhus. With five galleries and an entire floor dedicated to transformative installations, ARoS offers an important space for recalibrating the past, negotiating the present, and imagining the future.
ARoS’ collection contains more than 8.000 works including masterpieces by Danish and international artists. The collection features iconic installations such as Olafur Eliasson’s Your rainbow panorama (2011) and Ron Mueck’s oversized sculpture Boy (1999). From 2025, visitors can also experience the installation The Dome, a Skyspace by James Turrell; the artist's most ambitious Skyspace to date. The absorbing installation reinforces ARoS' position as one of the world's leading museums for installation.
